Fulfillment Policy

• Refund/Replacement Policy: If customers fail to achieve 90% accuracy on the entire list of contacts provided, Data Mappers LLC will replace the bad contacts or refund will be processed for bad contacts within 48 hours.
• Delivery Policy: The list of contacts will be delivered in an excel file within 3 to 4 business days after the order is placed.
• Cancellation Policy — The order can be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order
